CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. However from the time that you make your booking the treatment rooms are held for you. This means that, should someone else want to book for the same treatment rooms, we may not be able to take that person or people in. We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee as below:
*Cancellation one day before your appointment: no charge.
*Cancellation on the day of your appointment: $20 fee apply.

No Show Policy
A full treatment fee will be charged for any No Show appointment.

We recognise our responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information about you during the time you are having treatment at body and health solutions. We protect your personal information and safely destroy any unwanted documents including your credit card number supplied to us over the phone. We treat your personal information like ours!
